A wonderful and relaxing stay in the heart of the Loire Valley, in the Bourgueil region. Do you imagine yourself as a king or a winemaker, or both...
A historic country house in a walled park with centuries-old trees with vineyards within the walls, amid the vineyards of Bourgueil, with endless views.
Completely renovated with modern comfort, quality beds, individual and modern bathrooms, large heated swimming pool, rooms for events, dinners, seminars. The castle can accommodate 17 people, the entire domain can accommodate 27 people.
Caterer or chef at home are always available.

It is an iconic place on the River Layon in the Loire Valley. A place of creation and of the famous Quarts de Chaume, the only Grand Cru wine in the Loire region.
Château de Suronde is located in the heart of the Quarts de Chaume Grand Cru appellation and has unparalleled views from the large garden terrace. The house is cozy with a very spacious living space and a large outdoor area.
Residence Suronde is suitable for 4 people with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.

You can swim nearby in the public swimming pool of Rochefort-sur-Loire or in the Loire and its branches. There are many activities and visits nearby, including Angers. Puy du Fou is 50 minutes away, Nantes 1h30

Residentie Belle Rive
Residence Belle Rive is also located on the Layon river, in the middle of Quarts de Chaume Grand Cru, within walking distance of Suronde, only separated by vineyards and can be rented separately or combined with Château de Suronde for a larger group
Belle Rive is very spacious and cozy with spacious living areas and a large covered terrace with views over nature. There is also a large courtyard.

Gite Les Aleines
Our most recent escape is located in the real Ardennes, far away from the tourist crowds. Near Bouillon, one of the most beautiful cities in Wallonia.
A country house with rivers running through the garden, completely back to nature.
Come there for an authentic “magical forest experience”, the tranquility, the pine scent, the Semois in the immediate vicinity, and endless walks. The river les Aleines runs through the garden!
The house is suitable for 15 people with 8 bedrooms, each with its own sanitary facilities and an extra bathroom. There is a wellness area with sauna and hammam and showers, relaxation room with pool and kicker, 2 lounges and reading room. Outside there is a spacious garden, two large terraces, an outdoor kitchen and a petanque court.

Kathleen & Sven regularly organize their own exhibitions and events around art, wine and unique objects. This unique environment is then available for private events, dinners and meetings. But there is also time and space in the house for external events, presentations, ...
